Cheesy Creamed Cauliflower
Whole - Food Plant Based Oil Free Recipe

Ingredients
4 cups of chopped cauliflower.
½ cup vegetable stock.
½ cup raw unsalted cashew nuts.
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
1 tablespoon white miso.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Steam or boil cauliflower for 10 minutes
In a food processor add vegetable broth, cashews, nutritional yeast and white miso and process until smooth and cream
Add cauliflower in a baking bowl and mix in your sauce and season with salt and black pepper
Bake uncovered for 7 – 10 minutes
Serve warm and enjoy
