Cheesy Creamed Cauliflower


Whole - Food Plant Based Oil Free Recipe


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of chopped cauliflower.

  • ½ cup vegetable stock.

  • ½ cup raw unsalted cashew nuts.

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.

  • 1 tablespoon white miso.

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  • Steam or boil cauliflower for 10 minutes

  • In a food processor add vegetable broth, cashews, nutritional yeast and white miso and process until smooth and cream

  • Add cauliflower in a baking bowl and mix in your sauce and season with salt and black pepper

  • Bake uncovered for 7 – 10 minutes

  • Serve warm and enjoy
