Oil-Free Vegan Jalapeno Poppers - Air Fryer

Ingredients
Jalapenos
1 x container of vegan cream cheese ("Creamy Sheese" is our favourite)
1 cup of vegan shredded mozzarella cheese ("Follow Your Heart" brand is our preferred)
3 Cloves of garlic, minced
½ Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Breading
3/4 cup of panko bread cups
2/3 cup of nutritional yeast
Method
Cut Jalapenos in half and remove the seeds (Best done with a spoon).
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic and paprika and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix your breading ingredients together.
Scoop filling into the jalapenos, then press your filled jalapeno face down into your breading mix, ensuring that you get a nice even coat of crumbing.
Sprinkle the top of your jalapenos with mozzarella cheese (optional)
Place into your airfryer and set to 195 degrees Celsius and set timer for 7 minutes.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can cook in the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 20-25 minutes
Once cooked, scoop your jalapeno poppers with a spatula and serve on a plate, let cool down for a few minutes and ENJOY 😊
