Peanut Butter and Jam Chia Pudding

Ingredients
¼ cup of Chia Seeds
1 cup of Coconut Milk
1tbsp Maple Syrup
1tbsp Vanilla Extract
2tbsp Peanut Butter
2tbsp Strawberry Jam
Method
In a bowl add maple syrup, vanilla extract, 1tbsp peanut butter
Mix well until peanut butter has turned into a paste like consistency
Add coconut milk to the bowl and stir
Finally add the chia seeds into the bowl and mix well
Let sit for an hour or overnight – Mixture will turn into a pudding consistency
Once chia pudding is ready, add some jam to the bottom of a small glass
Pour over your chia pudding half way to the top
Add some more jam in the middle of your glass
Pour the rest of your chia pudding into the glass
On top add some peanut butter, jam & nuts to garnish
Serve and enjoy
