Peanut Butter and Jam Chia Pudding

Health Benefits of Chia Seeds

  • High in Protein

  • High in Calcium

  • High in Fibre

  • Great source of Antioxidants

  • Great source of Omega 3 Fatty acides


  • ¼ cup of Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk

  • 1tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1tbsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 2tbsp Strawberry Jam


  • In a bowl add maple syrup, vanilla extract, 1tbsp peanut butter

  • Mix well until peanut butter has turned into a paste like consistency

  • Add coconut milk to the bowl and stir

  • Finally add the chia seeds into the bowl and mix well

  • Let sit for an hour or overnight – Mixture will turn into a pudding consistency

  • Once chia pudding is ready, add some jam to the bottom of a small glass

  • Pour over your chia pudding half way to the top

  • Add some more jam in the middle of your glass

  • Pour the rest of your chia pudding into the glass

  • On top add some peanut butter, jam & nuts to garnish

  • Serve and enjoy
