  • Handful of Spinach

  • 4 – 5 Pitted Dates

  • 1tbs Matcha Powder

  • 1tbs Maple Syrup (Optional)

  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds to Garnish

  • 1/3 cup of Granola to Garnish

  • 2 Pitted Dates to Garnish


  • In a food processer or blender place bananas, spinach, dates, matcha powder and soy milk

  • Blend until the mixture turns into an ice-cream like texture.

  • Serve in a bowl adding the garnishes
