Vegan Satay Bowl

Ingredients
2tbsp of Sesame Oil (or olive oil)
3 Green Onions (Chopped into slices)
½ Head of white cabbage (Chopped roughly)
3 Green Chilli’s
½ Cup of Frozen Peas
½ Cup snow peas (chopped into bite-size pieces)
1 Bok Choy (Chopped roughly)
Thumb-sized piece of ginger (chopped roughly)
3 Garlic cloves (chopped roughly)
400g Coconut Cream
3 tbs Tamari (or soy sauce)
3-4 tbs of peanut butter
Rice of your choice (optional)
Method
Heat oil in frying pan on high heat
Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli’s and sauté
Add green onions, peas, snow peas and cabbage and cook on high heat, stirring frequently for 3 minutes
Add Bok Choy to pan
Next up the sauce!! Add your tamari (or soy sauce), coconut cream and peanut butter to the pan.
Continue to stir your mixture until the peanut butter dispersers and the coconut cream is cooked through
Add rice (optional)
Serve and Enjoy
