Vegan Satay Bowl


  • 2tbsp of Sesame Oil (or olive oil)

  • 3 Green Onions (Chopped into slices)

  • ½ Head of white cabbage (Chopped roughly)

  • 3 Green Chilli’s

  • ½ Cup of Frozen Peas

  • ½ Cup snow peas (chopped into bite-size pieces)

  • 1 Bok Choy (Chopped roughly)

  • Thumb-sized piece of ginger (chopped roughly)

  • 3 Garlic cloves (chopped roughly)

  • 400g Coconut Cream

  • 3 tbs Tamari (or soy sauce)

  • 3-4 tbs of peanut butter

  • Rice of your choice (optional)


  • Heat oil in frying pan on high heat

  • Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli’s and sauté

  • Add green onions, peas, snow peas and cabbage and cook on high heat, stirring frequently for 3 minutes

  • Add Bok Choy to pan

  • Next up the sauce!! Add your tamari (or soy sauce), coconut cream and peanut butter to the pan.

  • Continue to stir your mixture until the peanut butter dispersers and the coconut cream is cooked through

  • Add rice (optional)

  • Serve and Enjoy
