Cauliflower Rice Indian Style


  • 1 Cauliflower (or cauliflower rice pre-packaged)

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 Garlic Gloves

  • 1tbs tomato puree

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • ¼ tsp coriander seeds

  • ¼ tsp Ginger

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • Oil to fry

  • Salt

  • Handful fresh coriander


  • Finely chop the onion and garlic

  • Heat up oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

  • Put cauliflower in food processor and blend until it’s the size of rice

  • Add cauliflower to the pan along with all the spices, tomato puree and salt

  • Fry for approximately 5 – 10 minutes, until all ingredients combine and the cauliflower is cooked.

  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander

  • Serve and enjoy
