Cauliflower Rice Indian Style

Ingredients
1 Cauliflower (or cauliflower rice pre-packaged)
1 Onion
2 Garlic Gloves
1tbs tomato puree
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp coriander seeds
¼ tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garam Masala
Oil to fry
Salt
Handful fresh coriander
Method
Finely chop the onion and garlic
Heat up oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Put cauliflower in food processor and blend until it’s the size of rice
Add cauliflower to the pan along with all the spices, tomato puree and salt
Fry for approximately 5 – 10 minutes, until all ingredients combine and the cauliflower is cooked.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander
Serve and enjoy
