Cauliflower Buffalo Bites - Vegan and Oil Free



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 cups of almond milk

  • 2 cups of bread crumbs

  • 1tsp paprika

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup of Franks Hot Sauce

  • Vegan mayonnaise

METHOD

  • Preheat oven 210 degrees Celsius

  • Chop cauliflower into big pieces

  • Add flour and almond milk into bowl, add the paprika and garlic powder and whisk until you get a pancake batter consistency

  • Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl

  • Dip each piece of cauliflower into the flour batter (works best with a fork), then cover with bread crumbs

  • Place your cauliflower pieces on baking paper and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes (or until they start to brown and get crispy)

  • Once the cauliflower is cooked, place the hot sauce in a bowl and dip each piece and put back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes

  • Get your vegan mayonnaise ready

  • Once they are cooked, serve and enjoy
