Cauliflower Buffalo Bites - Vegan and Oil Free

INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower
1 cup flour
2 cups of almond milk
2 cups of bread crumbs
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
1 cup of Franks Hot Sauce
Vegan mayonnaise
METHOD
Preheat oven 210 degrees Celsius
Chop cauliflower into big pieces
Add flour and almond milk into bowl, add the paprika and garlic powder and whisk until you get a pancake batter consistency
Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl
Dip each piece of cauliflower into the flour batter (works best with a fork), then cover with bread crumbs
Place your cauliflower pieces on baking paper and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes (or until they start to brown and get crispy)
Once the cauliflower is cooked, place the hot sauce in a bowl and dip each piece and put back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes
Get your vegan mayonnaise ready
Once they are cooked, serve and enjoy
